What we ask of you - You need to be: extroverted, patient, good at communicating, innovative and full of passion, speak good English, love cross-cultural interaction, be familiar with the needs and psychology of foreign students, have solid understanding of the Chinese language, and have broad exposure to Chinese history, culture, economics, and travel.
