Chinese Programs
At That’s Mandarin we appreciate that every student is different, so we cater for a wide range of different study options and program lengths. Our most popular and proven programs are our Small Group Intensive Chinese program and One-on-one Intensive Chinese program, which allow you to learn Chinese in Beijing or Shanghai for an intensive period. But if you can’t make it into one of our schools or need a more flexible program, then there are many other options available.

Small Group or One-on-one Intensive Chinese Program
If you’re searching for a fast track to learning Chinese, then our intensive Chinese courses could be just what you’re looking for! We offer both small group and 1-on-1 options, full immersion packages and class-only courses, tailored to meet the needs of every student who walks through our doors.
Part-time Small Group or 1-on-1 Flexi Packages
Our part time Chinese programs are designed to accommodate our students’ busy schedules. If you’re already working or studying in China – in addition to juggling a million other commitments – and you’re keen to learn to speak Chinese quickly, then our part time programs are for you.
Now you can enjoy the luxury of Chinese classes in your own office! Our corporate training Chinese classes allow you and your colleagues to develop the same working vocabulary in small, focused, group classes, as well as helping you to hone your speaking skills in separate, private tutorials.
Our Chinese programs for kids and teens
That’s Mandarin offers both one-on-one and small group classes that are specially tailored to give children their first introduction to Chinese. We can promise lots of fun, as well as lots of learning.
Our online Chinese school brings your teacher to you, wherever you are in the world. It’s as close to learning Chinese in Beijing or Shanghai as you can get without actually being there.

The classes were personalised to my language goals.
I wanted to learn Chinese for work purposes, and at the Beijing Expat Fair I found out about That's Mandarin. I studied at the school for 3 months and found the classes were always interesting, the teachers enthusiastic and it was all set in a great atmosphere in which to learn. I particularly liked how the classes were personalised to my language goals. I have already recommended That's Mandarin to others wanting to study Chinese in Beijing.
