In Shanghai, it’s usually a studio apartment, or a 1 room + 1 kitchen layout. You will also have your own private bathroom.



Meals are not provided with this option, but you can easily find restaurants nearby. You will also be able to cook in the shared kitchen.

Facilities

Your monthly rent will include wifi, water and electricity bills. Home appliances might differ, but the minimum set usually has a fridge, a washing machine, A/C, and heater.
