Say “I Love You” in Chinese

Hello, friends! In this week’s video, our teacher shows 10 different ways how to say “I Love You” in Chinese. 5 of them are phrases, and 5 – numbers. In China, you can also use numbers instead of just taping words. In English, we use 2 for “to”, 4 for “for” as so on. Bur when it comes to phrases, in Chinese, you can say the whole phrase just using numbers! How?

1️⃣ 我爱你 (Wǒ ài nǐ)

I love you

2️⃣ 你是我的一切 (Nǐ shì wǒ de yīqiè)

You are everything for me

3️⃣ 我的心里只有你 (Wǒ de xīnlǐ zhǐ yǒu nǐ)

There is only you in my heart

4️⃣ 让我们一起慢慢变老 (Ràng wǒmen yīqǐ mànmàn biàn lǎo)

Let’s grow old together

5️⃣ 执子之手,与子偕老 (Zhí zǐ zhī shǒu, yǔ zǐ xiélǎo)

I’ll love you forever

6️⃣ 520 (Wǔ èr líng)

I love you

7️⃣ 921 (Jiǔ èr yī)

I love only you

8️⃣ 20999 (èr líng jiǔ jiǔ jiǔ)

I will love you for a long long time

9️⃣ 775885 (Qī qī wǔ bā bā wǔ)

Kiss me and hug me
