Good to Know: Subway is one of the most convenient ways to get around in Beijing. The system has been extended over recent years. Besides, it's very cheap! It costs 3 yuan to travel the shortest distance on one line, 9 yuan for the longest journey on one line, and 25 yuan for the Airport Express line.
Had a great first lesson at That's Mandarin Beijing this morning. Relaxed but professional. It's nice to feel like a student again 🎓
Another great lesson at That's Mandarin, themed around a trip to the hospital. Wang laoshi encourage me to tell a story in my own words, which makes the new vocab so much easier to remember. Super helpful!
